Makes 4 patties


14 oz. soy product (ground Beyond Burger™)

half a chopped onion

2T capers

1 medium cooked chopped potato

1/2 cup of chopped Al Johnson’s pickled beets

1 teaspoon of pickled beet juice

3 egg yolks

2 T bread crumbs

salt and pepper to taste

2 T olive oil


Place all ingredients except oil in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat oil in large skillet, and patty the mixture and place in the skillet browning on both sides and until fully cooked.

Then serve with Swedish mustard or lingonberries and enjoy.
