7T butter (softened)

1/2 cup sugar

1-1/2 tsp vanilla

3T sifted cocoa

1-1/4 cups rolled oats

3T cold strong coffee

3T Kronan Punsch


Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients and continue to mix until fully incorporated.

Form small round balls. Roll in Swedish pearl sugar.

Refrigerate until serving time.
