Ingredients:

2 cups milk
4 large eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Put all ingredients except the melted butter in a bowl or blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a 9×13 inch pan.
Pour batter into the pan with the melted butter but do not mix.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
The pancake will puff up while baking and then fall when removed from the oven.

Cut and serve your puffed-up Swedish pancake with butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or the Swedish way…with bacon and/or lingonberries!
(These pancakes are best served immediately)
