Ingredients
4 1/2 T Hot Dry Mustard
1/2 cup of superfine sugar
1t salt
1 cup heavy cream
1T vegetable oil
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
juice of 1/2 Lemon
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients until it is well mixed, and then put them into sauce pan on low heat and very slowly add the cream one tablespoon at a time stirring until all the cream is incorporated, then add the rest of the ingredients.
