1 package of Swedish Pancake mix

1-1/2 T seasoning salt

1 lb. of chicken tenders

1/4 cup of canola oil


Open the package and place pancake mix and seasoning salt in a bag. Shake bag to mix.

Add chicken tenders to bag and shake them to cover them with the mixture.

Pull Chicken tenders out and set on a plate. If you want a thicker crust let them rest for 10 minutes then put them back in the bag and shake them pull out again.

Heat oil in medium skillet until hot add chicken tenders to the oil frying them on both side until brown and fully cooked.

Place cooked tenders on plate with paper towel salt and pepper to taste.
