Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Al Johnson’s Organic Swedish Lingonberries
Directions
Heat water and sugar stirring until dissolved.
Watch sugar water and right before a boil the water will become clear that is time to pull it off the heat being very careful to not spill it on you it is Väldigt Het!
Stir in the 1/4 cup of lingonberries whisking until mixed in.
Using an immersion blender blend up further until liquified (you can also use a blender).
Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer and let cool.
