1 lb. smoked whitefish, (or other smoked fish if you can’t find it; just be careful on the saltiness, as you may need to adjust the Old Bay in the recipe).

1/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup mayo

1 bunch of dill chopped

juice of 1 lemon

1T of favorite mustard — we love Slotts Old Bay, to taste (we’ve found a lot of salt variation in smoked fish).


Mix all ingredients well then serve with favorite crackers. We like Leksands Knäckebrod.
